What is it used for?

The ATG Dispenser (ATG gun) and Tape are used to seal the back of the frame with craft paper.

How do I install the tape in the dispenser?

Gently open the ATG gun (the top may break if handled roughly). Lift the tab off the right spindle. Place the tape on the left spindle. Wind the tape through the knobs (follow the arrows on the ATG gun). Wind the tape back across the top of the gun toward the right spindle (follow the arrows on the ATG gun). Wind the tape between the slots on the right spindle. Wind the red protective tape into the right spindle until the actual tape is revealed on the extended knob. Place the tab back on the right spindle.) Close the ATG gun.

How do I use the dispenser?

Take the ATG gun in your right hand and place your index finger on the black trigger. Place your left hand index finger alongside the outer edge of the frame. Place the extended knob on the back of the frame. Pull the trigger and HOLD your finger tightly on the trigger. Then drag the ATG gun down the frame. As you drag the ATG gun down the frame, move your left hand in tangent. This helps you draw a straight line, plus it keeps you from dragging the tape over the edge of the frame. RELEASE the trigger when you want the tape application to stop. Turn the frame and repeat the process on each of the four legs.

When is it used?

The double sided tape is applied to the back of the frame before you add the hanging hardware.
